1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Perfect Edifiers Foundation website (the "Site"), including all Christian literature, Bible resources, discipleship materials, leadership training content, translated resources and other materials we make available on it (collectively, the "Resources"). By visiting the Site, creating an account, downloading a Resource or otherwise using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Who We Are

Perfect Edifiers Foundation is a Christian foundation dedicated to producing and translating sound Christian literature into indigenous Nigerian languages and freely distributing these resources to unreached and underserved communities. We are based at 49, Taramc Road, Sango Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria.

3. Free Resources & Intellectual Property

Most Resources on this Site are provided free of charge as part of our ministry mandate to advance the Great Commission. Unless a specific Resource states otherwise, our own original content (including page text, graphics and the Perfect Edifiers Foundation name and logo) remains the property of Perfect Edifiers Foundation or its licensors and is made available for personal, church, ministry and educational use — not for commercial resale.

Some Resources are translated, adapted or reproduced with the permission of their original authors, publishers or ministry partners. Those Resources remain subject to the rights of their original owners, and we distribute them only under the permissions we have been granted. If you believe any content on this Site infringes your rights, please contact us so we can look into it.

You may print, download and share Resources for non-commercial ministry, discipleship, teaching and personal use. You may not sell Resources, remove attribution, or represent Resources as your own original work.

4. User Accounts

Creating an account lets you save and bookmark Resources, track your downloads, and register for events and training programs. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We ask that the information you provide when signing up (such as your name, email address and church or ministry affiliation) be accurate. We may suspend or close accounts that are used to violate these Terms or to misuse the Site.

5. Donations

Donations made through this Site or through our giving partners (including Serving Workers for the Harvest and, where enabled, our online payment processor) are voluntary gifts to support our translation, training and outreach work. Donation processing may be handled by third-party payment providers who have their own terms and privacy practices; we do not store your full card details on our own servers. Donations are generally non-refundable, but if you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

6. Acceptable Use

When using this Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system or data on the Site;
• Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or content that is defamatory, obscene or otherwise inappropriate for a Christian ministry platform;
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Perfect Edifiers Foundation or any partner ministry;
• Scrape, harvest or systematically download Resources in bulk for redistribution without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

This Site may link to partner ministries, donation platforms or other third-party websites (for example, our giving partner at swharvest.org). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of third-party sites, and linking to them does not imply our endorsement of everything they publish.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its Resources are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we take care in preparing and reviewing our Resources for doctrinal soundness and accuracy, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfect Edifiers Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its Resources.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
